The Langston Epping

The Langston Epping was designed to be an open communal space for the residents to enjoy gathering with friends and family within the court yard and a beautiful streetscape design for pedestrian access surrounded by street tress and custom furniture.

Our main focus for this project was to deliver a high quality standard to our client and on time for program. Our works under taken included:

-The demolition and civil work including FRP blinding slab, kerb and gutter, dish drain lintels, pits and asphalting- Lay backs and pram ramps, service pit height changes with installation of stainless steel paver infill covers

– Street tree pits with strata vault
– Design supply and installation of furniture including custom electro plated seating. Brass inlays, bins, bike racks, custom BBQ enclosure with timber battens, precast bench top, sinks and BBQ. Supply and installation of pots, tree grates and guards.
– Design supply and installation of irrigation system
– Planter box works including drainage cell fabric, sand soil and mulch installation and supply
– Supply and installation of installation of 117 trees and 7000 + shrubs and ground covers.
– Synthetic turf supply and install including wear cushioning.
– Supply and install of 6mm coreten walling including on site fabrication and rolling.
– Supply and installation of turf with turf reinforcement system to allow fire hydrant access for fire brigade
– Timber playground supply and installation
