Contract Scope of Works – Construction of three major roads, Landscape and External pavements

Fresh Landscapes and Multiplex have partnered together to deliver this flagship project, Westmead Hospital. Fresh Landscapes are delivering a full turnkey package completing both civil and landscape works for our client.

The civil package will see over three major roads being constructed and over 7,500 sqm of granite paving laid in a variety of sizes and methods. Construction of three major roads, Redbank Avenue, the new roadway- Hospital Road and Research road, to which FLG are installing storm water, pits and all infrastructure elements including asphalt.

With a concrete package containing kerbs, structural slabs, custom bollards, class 2 furniture, structural stairs and detailed footings, Fresh have been able to show the full extent of our capabilities and years of experience in the industry.

To create a new oasis for all that visit the Hospital more than 50 ex-ground palm trees will be installed with over 70,000 shrubs and plants varying in sizes to create an instant WOW factor.  Custom built class 2 furniture formed and poured on site throughout the project will provide a getaway in the heart of the hospital allowing patients, family, friends and staff to retreat into the calming and relaxing surrounds.
