Our company started its maintenance division in managing aged care portfolios. It is very important that we work closely with the executive committees, listen to their needs and assist them to lift the presentation of their grounds so it is an enjoyable place for the residents.

We assign the most suitable staff for the ground work in the first place and do not adjust the schedule. Being consistent is a key part in a healthy business working relationship.

We also feel that it is important that one of our management team meet each week with the assigned representative to ensure that the communication is strong and we are all travelling in the right direction.
